I have used the matching drag & drop quiz in several different Storyline files, and each one has the same error when published and viewed in html5 output. Unfortunately not all of the drag & drop options show up, particularly the drop items on the left. I have tried recreating the slides, removing the background, making sure there are no transparent objects on the page, etc. I am stuck. Is there something I am missing?

We do have an issue with the drag and drop files missing in HTML 5 with our QA team I will update this post when there are any updates to share.
You could share the file here if you would like us to test it.

Sorry to hear that you've run into a similar problem. This thread is a bit dated, but I'd love to assist.
What version of Storyline are you utilizing and do you have a .story file that we could take a look at?
