Menu - HTML5 v HTML

I am working on a course, and this is the first course that we are making sure that it functions with HTML-5. When the course published, everything seemed to come out okay except for the menu.
In the HTML version, our logo is clearly displayed, and the menu items are listed properly (see below)
It the HTML-5 version, the logo does not display, and all items collapse with the first menu item.
Is this just an HTML-5 glitch - I tried this in both FireFox and Internet Explorer.

Hi Eric,
There was a known issue with indented menus in the HTML5 output, that was fixed in update 3. What update of Storyline are you using? We're currently on update 4. Similar issue regarding logos in HTML5 output that was also fixed in Update 3.
