I decided to change the eng language to russian by the Player's text labels. After previewing all is work, but when i make the SCORM 2004 and try to play by WEb-Tutor it 's doesn't work. I have no idea what is could be. My Articulate has Update 5. Please help.
Is Web-Tutor the name of your LMS? It's not one I've heard before - but you may want to try uploading the zipped output to SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM Content to see if the player menu appears normally there. If so, you'll want to reach out to your Web-Tutor team and confirm that they offer support for Cyrillic characters.
If things are still not working at SCORM Cloud, can you share your .story file with us (or even a sample version that exhibits the same behavior) so that we can take a look?
Yes, you are right about Web-Tutor, it's my LMS. I'ved used your advise and uploaded zip file to SCORM Cloud. it works there.
If the reason in my LMS, than how it worked before? I mean , when i changed the name of slides to Cyrillic simbol , but not the name of scene - it worked. But now when i did the same with scene- it doesn't work at all, even if i don't change the name of scene now.

It may be that something changed within your LMS settings, and you'll need to reach out to them to see. I'd share the version where it worked at SCORM Cloud as proof of concept, as if it's working as expected there it's not something within your file but with how it's being interpreted by your LMS.
