When previewing a course some of the slides do not show the Menu, Notes and Resources. They disappear only to reappear on subsequent slides. Any idea what I can check? It has happened on app. 7 or 8 slides of a 60-slide course. I am concerned that these slides will have the issue when published, though the Menu is "on" in the Player.
youll need to check Menu notes and resources in each side property panel as well as the player. Open the file in Storyview and Ctrl A to select all the slides in a scene then in the bottom right hand corner you can multi select the options you want on each slide.
Thanks. The Slide Properties window showed that on a handful of slide "Custom For the Selected Slides" was selected - changing those to "Player Defaults" solved the issue. I am baffled how that happened to the various slides but am happy to have it resolved!
