Message saying " Done with Errors" in Articulate Storyline.

Hey!

Earlier I posted a query regarding voiceover issue in my published file in which Voiceovers were not playing in some of the slides. You suggested some system requirements and we are still investigating on it.

This time, I have created a new sample ( zip file attached in post for your reference) and it is a reduced version of my earlier file. The module is playing well on our end but when shared with the client, the feedback I have got is that the screen came up blank. There was a message saying "done with errors". And as the screen was blank no further navigation was possible.

What can be the issue? Why they are not able to see the screen this time?

Kindly help asap!

Hi Joyce and welcome to Heroes!

If you sent them the attached zip just as you have posted here, it may be because they're playing it locally instead of playing it within the intended environment as described here. If you view published Articulate Storyline content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. 

There are a few free web servers linked in that article that you could use as a testing platform.
