Agree with Michael this level of javascript integration isn't possible. You would have to build your interaction in a html page and insert as a web object
I think you can get shake to work using a motion path. Fade and Blink should also be possible, I think the others would need changes to the Storyline animation engine.

Are you trying to apply one of the effects like "shake" to an object you have in Storyline?

Thanks for the confirmation Phil. I couldn't think of any elegant way this could be done without a lot of painful editing of the published output.
