Missing custom theme color in slide master view

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I created a custom theme color which no longer exists in slide master view. The color theme, however, is available to me to edit at the slide level. The issue I'm having is that hyperlinks are not automatically changing to the hyperlink color.
