I have upgraded from Storyline 1 to 3, but the PREV/NEXT buttons no longer appear in the preview or when I publish. The boxes are ticked in the Slide Properties. Any ideas?
Thanks for popping in here, and great call to also open a support case! I see my teammate, Christopher, identified a bug with upgrading from SL1 to SL3 and has provided some workaround steps.
Try toggling the player color scheme to a different color, then switch it back to the default color and let him know how it goes!

did you go straight from 1 to 3? Articulate recommend a staged upgrade 1 - 2 then 2 - 3.
Perhaps check the master slide that there aren’t any triggers to hide the buttons?
Yes, we went straight from 1 to 3. I can't see that there are any triggers that would hide them. Thanks for your response.
