No, the player buttons can't be customized. (Well, at least, not just with Storyline. That could probably be done with JavaScript, but I couldn't help with that.)
You could have the player include text labels with its buttons. However, even those could disappear based on how the user adjusts their browser, because the player is responsive.
The other option is to use a custom Submit button on the slide itself.
