Multiple Choice from Content Library Fails on same two slides in Player EVERY time

I am VERY new to Storyline 360 and trying to get my first thing published and I have spent TWO DAYS trying to figure out why I have a break on my Multiple Choice question, pulled from content library, on the SAME slides (3&4) EVERY time no matter where I put them in sequence.
I have compared them against multiple other aspects of the 1st and second MC quiz and I cannot see the problem. I have feedback in my quizzes (such as it is) so I think I have that set right.
I am just wondering if someone can run this and help point out the obvious to me!
Is my player set incorrectly somehow? The locus of the trouble is Quiz 3 & 4...consistently, though. I now have these quizzes all lumped at the end, because I didn't trust my messy storybuilding wasn't part of the problem. So, they are in their OWN scene...all at the end...in the hopes I can sort out the problem.

Hi Lisa,
Are you able to attach a copy of your Storyline file here? That will make it much easier for other people to offer you assistance as they will be able to see the structure of your file, including the triggers and any variables that you have used.
