When I add an 8th acceptable answer on a multiple responce quiz question the quiz questions crashes when I try to preview the slide. I get the Articulate error reporting window (and I send in the report). The quiz questions works with 7 acceptable answers.
Hi, Ray - Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties, but there are a few things we can try to address some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Am currently having an identical issue. I've tried importing into a new file with no luck. Just one single slide with greater than 7 possible answers crashes every time!
