Multiple triggers not always working

My experience with multiple triggers on a particular event has historically rung true with the tip found here about multiple triggers. However, in the past month, projects converted from Storyline 1 have shown some inconsistencies; one of which I can not work around.

At the end of an quiz, the click on next button has three triggers, all with conditions. The last of the three triggers never executes. The conditions (conditional statements) are correct and work perfectly. I know this because if I resequence them, again, only the last trigger never executes, whichever one that happens to be. Stranger still is that this issue only seems to happen on an iPad (the HTML5 output) and not on desktop. For what it's worth, each trigger's action is a slide jump.
