I am currently putting together a project in Storyline2. I've republished this project a few times and I cannot seem to get my issue resolved. I've made the seekbar so it's read only, as the client wants, but that seems to have messed with the functionality of the refresh, play/pause, and volume buttons. The volume button will only mute now and won't release from the mute or allow for volume adjustment. The play/pause and refresh buttons are non-functional. Help!!
A read-only seekbar definitely shouldn't be causing these kinds of issues, so I'm glad you reached out to us. I have a few questions to help me narrow down why this is happening:
Did you publish for Web, LMS, or something else?
Did you host the output file on a web server or on a LMS?
I published for LMS, SCORM, I hosted the output file on a web server, SCORM Cloud, to test it. We were using Chrome to test. My client came back and let me know it functions properly in Firefox and IE, but not in Chrome.
Do you know if you're viewing the HTML5 output in Chrome, or the Flash? Also, can you check that you published with the latest update of Storyline 2, Update 12?

I think that it's HTML5 in Chrome, and I had recently updated Storyline before I published this course to SCORM Cloud
