You can search for the case number of the support case that you'd like to check on in your email's inbox, spam, or trash folder to see if anyone from our support team has reached out to you yet. Responding to those emails will automatically send a notification on our end. I can see a few chats and cases that were recently opened by you, can I ask which one of these would you like to request for an update on so I can check the status of the case?
