New LMS, lots of old materials, one Storyline 2 license, big conundrum...

My employer will be implementing a new LMS by the end of the year, and I need to start to prepare for content conversion.  I have been working with LMS and WBT for about 2 years, so I am sometimes challenged by the technology and am a one person L&D shop :) Here are the facts:

  • I have one Storyline 2 license.
  • We have approx. 200 pieces of learning housed in our current LMS, most of which is sorely out of date.  It is also created/published using Breeze/Adobe Connect and my organization is decommissioning this server soon. 
  • I have only some of the root files for content. 
  • I would like to get the dept. SME's to update their slide decks, narrate them, and send them to me to publish to the new LMS.
  • The only other authoring tool I am aware that we have is Camtasia, and I have never used it.

My question is:  Does anyone have any ideas as to how/if I can convert materials or make it easy for my SME's to update/narrate ppts and send to me for publication?  Maybe I am missing an easy solution here?
