Here's my conundrum: I need to do a knowledge grab for an employee who is leaving the company. I'd like to do some screencasts as she works through various systems, so that I can turn that into training for future employees, but we are in very different geographic locations. Does anyone have an idea for how to manage this? I am in a very tight timeframe to get the knowledge transferred, and am a new user to Articulate360.
