Hey there, Sandy! Just to chime in with Mr. C.... you won't be able to change the text on the Next button for just that one slide, since those labels are set at the course level in the Player Properties. But, you could choose to hide the Next button and add an Exit course tab at the top in your player for your last slide.
One more possible option to consider: If you don't use the Submit button anywhere else in your course, you could change the label on that button, add it to the last slide and change the button trigger to an exit course trigger.

On the Player Triggers you will see a trigger for the next button
Open the trigger and change the Action to Exit course
