Are you following the steps here to import Engage into Storyline? Also, is the audio missing within the Storyline project while you're looking at the Engage file or when testing the published output? You'll want to ensure that you're testing the published output within the intended environment, as if you test it on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.
I imported according to the tutorial I viewed, but there is no audio in the published slide. I am rebuilding the slide in Storyline and inserting the audio into the new slide.
When you're testing the published course, are you testing locally or within the intended publish environment? If you're testing locally, can you let us know if you can test the published content by placing on a web server? If you'd like to share the Engage file here with us, I'm happy to take a look at it and see if I can replicate the behavior on my end.
