New install of Storyline 360 and we cannot import a 2016 power point file. We've checked all the items in this link and all is good. So, I installed Storyline on another laptop and it works no problem. So, it's something on my co-workers pc. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Trevor
Have you checked if your colleagues PC meets the SL360 specs?
Yes, ran through the SL360 list and it meets all specs.
Hi Trevor,
Do they see an error message while going through the import? What version of Powerpoint do they have installed?
Don't remember the exact error but was something like import failed. The PPT version is 2016 sorry don't know the exact version, but I could get it.
