I am a newbie to Storyline 360, so I'm sure this fix is going to be something really basic...I imported PPt slide and set up arrow animations as 'wipe'. They show that way in Preview, too. When I publish, however, they come in as 'fade'. What am I not doing to cause the difference?
Flyin works so depending on your background you can fake a wipe by putting a shape the same colour as the background on top on the area of the flyin that you don't want to show.
i used to do this all the time before Storyline had the wipe. I am now going back to this method because the wipe does not work properly.

Wipe is not supported in Mobile safari/chrome or IE or Edge and will be shown as a fade animation
Thank you. Do you know if it would it work if I de-selected the mobile option in Publish?
Not in edge to IE, it will work in the flash output in those browsers
