Not really a SL question but...

We have a requirement to build a course that is HTML only, specifically NOT HTML5. It must have a responsive design, working on various desktop resolutions in addition to tablets and smartphones.
We normally use Dreamweaver to author HTML courses but we're open to other authoring solutions.
Please PM me if anyone has had success providing a solution that can meet these requirements:
- HTML (not HTML5)
- No sound or animation needed
- Responsive design: desktop/tablets/smartphones
- No vertical scrolling - a page-turning format
- Section 508 compliance is important
Thank you. If this post is not appropriate for this forum, please delete it.

Hi Sam,
I would stick with dreamweaver or another html editor. Dreamweaver (I believe) has built in functionality to help make your design responsive to the display device.
Thanks Jerson. I'm running DW CS5, I may need to upgrade to CS6 as I am a responsive design newbie.
And for real-time testing on actual devices, I would suggest using Adobe Inspect.
