One course with two different slide design
Feb 19, 2018
Hi all,
I want to build eLearning course that will be suitable both to Laptop/Desktop and Smartphone devices. In order to give my learners the best user experience, I'll need to design two different sets of slide deck. One slide deck that will be suitable for Laptop/Desktop and one for Smartphone devices. Best on the device User-Agent (Laptop or Smartphone) I want Sotryline to show the relevant slide.
So coming to my question, can (/how) I create in Storyline two sets of slide and base on the learner device User-Agent show only the right one?
Thanks in advanced for your help.

Moshe, try out the Detect_Client_Device_SL2 project file that I posted in this thread https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/is-there-a-way-to-know-what-device-is-being-used-to-view-a-course . You might want to modify it to only use triggers instead of a web object, the way Amy did here https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/javascript-to-detect-if-launched-in-mobile-tablet . Let me know if you need any help.
