Online Learning Programs

Hi All,

I am interested in learning more about design and my firm provides a $2,000 learning fund to be utilized by end of year to take professional development training. I was looking at the Instructional Design for new designers via Langevin but the dates don't work out. What are some other recommendations for courses- I checked ATD too. I would prefer E-learning but onsite learning works too. I am based in the New York area.
