I was looking to change the resume behavior in a course (something I have done regularly) and when I open the player, I cannot find the OTHER option for the life of me.
I am running Windows 10 Articulate Storyline 2 update 4 1501:717
Yes, as Michael suggested you'll want to use the DPI setting of 96 - and here is the SL2 article (same set up for SL1 and SL2, but just wanted to make sure that was clear it was a setting needed for both).
This actually made things worse. Thank God I have a 2nd computer - as I do nto have time for this.
After uninstalling- rebooting and running the slcleanup as admin - when I tried to reinstall - I get a UNINSTALL ARTICULATE pop-up screen instead of a installation prompt.
When I try to click the uninstall option ( the only option) It goes through a process and says that it failed to uninstall.
I am going to wipe out my machine and load windows again and see what happens in 10 with Storyline. :/
I'm sorry to hear that made things worse, and it may be best at this point to connect directly with our Support engineers here as they will be able to gather more information about your system and set up to ensure the installation files are located in the correct place when Storyline is searching to uninstall them.

Make sure your DPI settings are 96 dpi as described here: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/articulate-storyline-dpi-support

Those are already my settings. I have switched them to another setting and back again to maybe "toggle" the view - but no change.
Any other options?
