When customers see partial characters in Storyline it's typically resolved by changing the DPI setting on your monitor to be 100% or 96 DPI.
If that doesn't help, tell me more about how you inserted the character on that slide. Did you copy the character from another slide, or insert it using the Insert >> Character button?

Have you tried changing the Perspective?
Double click your character and change Perspective then you will get full character.

Thanks, that's so weird since that was a perspective change when it occurred.
