I am publishing a video as a MP4. I would like to have the video play and then pause and blur, then bring in wording over the paused image. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? I thought I could take a screenshot image of the video of where I wanted it to pause and then blur that image and insert, however, this made for a rough transition between the video and image. Any suggestions on how to do this within the video?
