PDF not opening in mobile app but opens in web app

Hello,

We have a couple of frames in the course where a button is provided to download a pdf. Trigger wizard, open URL, and click on the button are used. These pdfs are also available in Resources. The pdf files are opening on web app but not on mobile. We do not have an LMS and our courses are published to LMS and hosted using AWS. Why is the button not working on mobile? Kindly, help me resolve the issue.

Since your courses are not being hosted on an LMS, have you tried publishing your courses for web distribution instead?

Publishing your courses in this type of format is more suitable for your setup since you are hosting your courses in AWS.

I'd also like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:

You also mentioned accessing your courses via a web app, can you tell me more about what this web app is?
When you say accessing on mobile, do you mean directly opening your courses on a phone browser?
If so, have you tried opening your course using a different browser?
