I'm not familiar with Personify, but if you could share a bit more information about the format and type of file it would generate we may be able to help point you in the right direction in regards to how you could include it within your presentation.
They build themselves as a Video Conference System, but there are many integration applications that could work with a product like this. Including adding a holographic image of an instructor into a training material.

Personify is a way to take almost like a hologram image of oneself and add it to video's / powerpoints / etc.

It looks like you can export out the MP4 for use in other sites? I would suggest using the MP4 as a regular movie within Storyline.
