I've created a "pick many" quiz slide to add to my e-learning. We tested the module with several users and it worked fine; however some users (not all) are having issues with that particular slide. The problem is the screen appears to freeze and the user us not able to pick anything on the slide, not even the submit button. It does not occur for everyone; only some users and I am trying to determine why. Any thoughts?
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear some of your users are getting stuck. Do you know what browser they were using? Also, what version of Storyline did you use to create the content? I can recommend supported browsers based on that version.
Thanks for those details, Deborah. Internet Explorer 11 is supported for Flash content, but not HTML5 content. Do you know if your learners are viewing the Flash or HTML5 output?

Hi Alyssa. I used Storyline 2 to create the content and the learners are using Internet Explorer 11 to view it.
