Playing Audio Throughout the Course

So I did this:

However, I have no way to test it when publishing it to the web because we don't have access to firefox at work (it won't play the audio through chrome or IE). I was hoping to publish it for our LMS, but considering the java script is pulling the audio file from a local folder, I don't think it will work there either.

Does anyone happen to know how I would modify the steps outlined in the link above to publish to an LMS? Where would I house the audio file?
