Presenter/Quizmaker issue

Jan 16, 2015

Hello All,

I'm using presenter & attempting to insert a quizmaker quiz.  I've selected the slide where I would like the quiz to be.  I go to Articulate on the ribbon in powerpoint, then click quizmaker quiz.  I get the Quizzes and Interactions window, I select Add Existing, select the quiz file. Once it's inserted, the Quiz Slides section has "Slide 0"  That's a zero.  (See screenshot - articulate_incorrect) It should say the name of the quiz with slide 25.  (See screenshot - articulate_correct) I've tested this on 2 other laptops & it states the name of the quiz with slide 25.  I've uninstalled & reinstalled Storyline twice on this one laptop. It is still having the same issue.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Finally someone with my same issue.  I cannot seem to get any resolution, I have tried everything and it is making me insane. I feel as if articulate has been rendered useless.

I have repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset reg keys, run as admin, not run as admin,... you name it I tried it.

From Powerpoint when I choose Record Narration, Add Annotations or Sync Animations,  I get "Run-Time Error '-2147319779 (8002801d) Automation error Library not registered.

...when I create a quizmaker quiz and/or an engage interaction and try to import it into PowerPoint I get the slide (0) and nothing but a blank slide appears.

I have office 2010, I also have adobe captivate and have articulate '13

@Christina, Interesting. I'm glad that someone has seen this issue. I haven't attempted the record narration part but I wonder if I would get the same Run-Time error. I really do not want to rebuild the laptop as it has a lot of other software on it. Also running Office 2010, Articulate 13 & Adobe Livecycle.
