Previewing a story

Hi Everyone,

I'm working off the trial version of Storyline right now and I have a video on a slide. When I'm going through the slide and adding objects shapes, etc I noticed that playback using the timeline doesn't always sync the audio of the video with the other items on the slide. When I stop the playback with the stop button, Storyline jumps to the beginning then when I click the play button everything is once again fine. If I let it play for awhile then pause it then press play the sync issue arises again. Has anyone else experience this? Does anyone have any insight on why this is happening?
