which version of SL are you using if SL360 you could put them into own scene and then just publish that scene to word. If using SL2 create a new file and import in just the QB and publish to word. Here is a sample with 3 questions how it comes out.
You could also try the export to translation feature,

I get the scene option for everything EXCEPT publishing to word and LMS!
I tried the export for translation, but it was cumbersome. I think I'll just need to retype them, probably in the Excel format for easy upload.
If you create a new file and import in just the QB you will only have one scene so when you publish to Word that should work.
