Is it possible to modify the content published for a user when they click on Print results? I would like to customise it with our Trust logo, a managers approval box (to check system authentication privileges) and to add some text with further instructions for the user following completion of the course?

You'll need to do some edits within the published output as described here (for editing the quiz title).
