Printing Results

Hello everyone - my team is creating eLearnings for training and we currently have the result slide set so that the learner has three attempts to pass the assessment before they are locked out of the course. We have a Print Results button available on every attempt but we are noticing some inconsistencies. When we upload the eLearnings to the LMS systems (Coursemill) and click Print Results, sometimes the Results page will appear and other times it will be blank. Any idea why this would be happening? Is this a storyline issue or is this the LMS system?

One of the best ways to test if an issue lies within the project or the LMS is to test via SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same result.
If you are able to replicate, we would want to take a look at the .story file.
