Printing using JavaScript

I have included this on each page of my project.  When I publish to Moodle toeck it brings up the print dialogue, however, the page appears blank.  If I publish it to Web selecting HTML 5 it works but I need it to work within my LMS.  I'm pretty sure I got it working at some point but then it stopped!  Please can anyone shed any light on the matter?

You may want to share the code you used here so that folks in the community could take a look at it, as it's not something I can offer support for.

Additionally, what browsers are you using to view the content? Storyline is supported in the following browsers: 

Flash

Adobe Flash Player 10.3 or later, and one of the following browsers:

  • Windows: Internet Explorer 8 and later, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
  • Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
HTML5
  • Windows: Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 4.1 and later
