I've produced a learning modul and my company would like to use it on mobile devices. On a desktop PC everything works fine. But I want to use it for mobile devices I only get bad results.
This is the landscape view on my Iphone:
This is as it does look on the Ipad (without Mobile Player)
I would certainly update to the latest version (Update 5) as this fixed a number of HTML5-related issues. See here for info and a download link You may also want to check that your player's Browser and Player Size settings allow for resizing, see some info here.
You showed an image from your iPhone and iPad - but I it also looked like one was in landscape and the other was portrait? Also are you hosting your content in an LMS or web server? Based on the images, I'm guessing its hosted in a LMS that displays content within an iFrame? If so, this is an issue our team is aware of and looking into - but since every LMS player is different, you may also want to reach out to your LMS and see if there is a way to display it outside of the iFrame. You could also confirm this is the issue you're experiencing by testing the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content. The course should display as expected there.

Thank you Michael, I'll try my very best and install the update.
*cry* need for help.
I have updated to the newest version but I still see the same starting screen.
What can I do?
Maybe I am thinking too uncomplicated.
But what happens when you click on the play button?
