Problem scrolling down Triggers window - Storyline 3

Greetings!

I have a problem with the Triggers window (or you could call it the Triggers pane). As can be seen in the image attached, on the right, the Triggers scroll bar goes below what should be the bottom of the Triggers window, but goes farther, behind the Layers window (and it gets much worse when the Layers window is open). This is a problem for slides, such the one in the image, with lots of triggers. This slide is a custom Results slide. In the stage area, the Try Again button (highlighted in red), should have its triggers visible, but they are near the bottom of the Trigger window, so can't be seen to review, or change, the object's programming.

In the image, you will notice that at the top of the Trigger window is the Edit Results Slide button. Even hiding this button will only show 1 or 2 more triggers, still hiding more below.

I have checked, and this version of Storyline 3 is the most current: Update 12: 3.12.24693.0   I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software with no difference.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
