Problem with LMS Integration: Tincan not sending scores and other statements to endpoint url ( storyline 360 V3.47.23871.0)

We had made interactive lessons using storyline 360 with "Tincan" support for scoring (3.21.17083.0). We opened this interactive lesson in the iframe and passing these params like

1-actor
2-endpoint= "LMS URL"
3- auth=

Interactive lesson sent user's scores to our LMS endpoint URL and it saved that user score in database.

I have made a new interactive lesson (storyline 360 V3.47.23871.0), now it is not sending user scores to our LMS endpoint URL.

Can a support ticket be opened for it please? I'm not sure how to do it.
