The modules installed syfadis and finished (status completed) return to the incomplete state when they are restarted, that modify so that their ststut does not change any more when completed or validated.

How have you set up your Reporting and Tracking options? Please try the option Report Status to LMS as: Passed/Incomplete and let me know if that makes a difference.
