i have created a simple lesson but keep getting the following error message and cannot retrieve the file, I've redone the programme Twice now! Can anyone help? I'm using a work laptop.

Hi there, Sandra. We've seen this error from time to time, and so I'll try to give you a few tips. First, to cover the basics, make sure your creating, editing and publishing your work on your local C: drive. Working and saving on a network or shared drive has been known to cause problems.
To fix this issue, can you try copying your file in File Explorer, renaming it, and then trying to open the file? This method has helped folks opening their file successfully. It is possible that backup software has touched your project and could be locking it up. Changing the name slightly might allow you to access it again.
