I have published a couple of lessons for the web and the lesson look fine when I play them on my PC. The problem is when other people view the published lessons from their workstation, the next buttons and the hotspots to do not work on a lot of the screens. Another problem is that they can't go back to previous slides by navigating on the menu.
I am publishing the lessons on a network drive using the web option for lessons that need to be reviewed quickly. I can publish on the LMS which is the intended environement but it is so much more convenient to review it from a network location beforehand. Other lessons which I have puiblished on the LMS work fine so i'm not really concerned about that.
I have noticed when I log onto the pcs of those who are having problems with my windows account then its isn’t a problem. Seems to occur in the own user area. I have also got another colleague to try and it was fine for.
Is there a browser setting that needs to be changed for IE?
You'll want to first publish to a local drive as described here, as publishing to a network or shared drive could cause issues with the file itself. If users are trying to access a course off of a network, that could also be the issue - and as such you'll want to provide them a way to access it within the intended publish environment - so if they won't be accessing it from a web server, you may want to look at publishing to CD/another local source and then providing directions on how to download and unzip that file so that folks are able to access it. Lastly, you'll want to ensure that folks are accessing it in a browser that matches the system requirements here.
Hope that helps and please let us know if you need anything else.

Hi Shah,
You'll want to view the published lesson within their intended environment, so if you've published for web you will want to upload to a web server and have folks test it from there. This article describes that in a bit more detail and offers some testing servers.
