Product Registration After Activation

Good morning!

During the activation of my Articulate Storyline product, I clicked "Register later." Now, I'm can't find how to register my product now. Please let me know how to register!

Hi Becky and welcome to Heroes!

The easiest way to do this is the deactivate the software and then reactivate with your serial number, you'll be prompted to "Register now" again. Just be sure you've saved any files you're working on before you close out and deactivate.  I also saw you submitted a Support case with the same question, so no need to reply to the suggestions Joe offered.

I have a related question.  I have Storyline installed on my desktop and my laptop.  I activiated and registered the desktop just fine but when I activated and register the laptop it appears to be fine then the next day when I open Storyline again it asks me to register again, and again, and again.  This have been going on for weeks.  How can I fix that?

Hi Sue,

Just curious, which option are you selecting? If you choose to register later, do you still see the prompt when launching again?

I'm sure you may have already done so, but if not, please try restarting the laptop.

If you continue to see this, try running Storyline as an administrator. To do so, right-click on the short cut for Storyline and select "Run as Administrator". You may see the prompt again for the first launch. Try closing and relaunching to see if it happens on the second launch.
