I've been asked to publish a course to SCORM and send a link to the course. From what I can tell, I am not able to get a link until the course is uploaded to the recipient's LMS but wondering if there's another option. The initial recipient is not an Articulate user, so what are my options?

If your course size is not too big, you could upload it to Scorm Cloud with a trial account and send an invite link from there,
