Hello, I published a Storyline360 presentation and when I converted it into a deep link it opens up into two windows. One window being the training and the other being a blank window with the word launch in the middle. I have one slide where there are two layers, with one layer having a screen recording in it. (Is that an issue?)
HI Leslie, thank you for responding. I'm not using SCORM CLOUD. I did have the course set up to Launch in a new window. The end result is two windows open up with one being an empty window with the word launch in the center and the other opening up correctly.
Thanks for the additional details. I was asking about SCORM Cloud as a comparison to your LMS. That usually helps us identify if an issue lies within the course or the LMS.
Have you tried removing the checkmark to launch in a new window and republishing to see if that performs as expected for you in your LMS?
