Hello Support, I published my ecourse as Web to use in the multmidea for Thinkific and the screen is cutoff. It doesnt look for at all. Please is there anything I can change on the settings to make it better. Thank you
Hi Ale! According to Thinkific's support pages, it sounds like they can host your Articulate content and allow you to embed it in your Thinkific lessons as a multimedia lesson type:
Is that the setup you're using? Storyline web output can be hosted on a web server, but I don't have experience with viewing it inside another application's interface. Do you have the URL they sent you after they uploaded the output to their server?
Have you been able to work with Thinkific support on this issue as well?
