Publish to word - extra questions not in project

Hi all

I am hoping someone can help. I have created a course which is a quiz only. Some of the questions I have copied and pasted from other projects (and sometimes reworded the slide).

When I publish to word, I have lots of additional questions for some reason. So on the attached my quiz in the storyline project is up to the results slide on page 19 (my storyline file only includes the 22 slides), however the document goes up to 98pages with lots of additional questions.

Should I be concerned about this? Is this a problem when I publish to SCORM? WIll it impact the speed of the course because of all the additional questions?

I have attached the word doc and the storyline file.
