Publish to XML for LearnDash LMS

Greetings - we are testing the viability of LearnDash (a WordPress-based LMS) and are having difficulty uploading a test course. I published a test course in SCORM and in Tin Can (Experience) API and neither zip file would upload. We were able to upload an XML file, so now I'm looking at if I can publish or export a course out of Storyline into XML. I have scanned through the tutorials and see references to XML export in reference to translations, but not sure if that is the correct direction to take.
