I just published a course. The free form questions and canned questions do not work in IE 11 or Firefox 51.0.1. I published as flash with html5 back up. How do I trouble shoot this?
Hello Vince - The trial is the full product, so that should not be the issue. Please be sure to test in the intended environment as not everything works via preview or viewing locally.
You are welcome to utilize Tempshare for web publishing or SCORM Cloud for LMS if needed.

I tried publishing as HTML 5/Flash still no go. Is this a free trial issue?
Are you testing locally or have you uploaded to webserver/LMS and it is still not working there?

Then it could be local browser settings/restrictions that are stopping it from running correctly.
It is recommended you upload to a webserver (you can use Tempshare) or an LMS (you can use Scormcloud) to test it as a user would be experiencing it.

Hello Vince - Tempshare is used to simulate a web publish and is great for testing. It should work in any supported web browser.
