Working with Storyline 2, our LMS (CSOD) has a lot of issues with re-versioning content when the entire file structure changes within the published output. It seems the files are randomly named when published, regardless of how little the change is.
Anyway to prevent Storyline for renaming everything when published?
The names for files such as images or videos added into a project are renamed randomly by Storyline during the publish process. It shouldn't be changing the overall structure of files (i.e. they are still locating in the same folders and those folders would still be nested the same way) but the file names themselves are changing.
Has Cornerstone advised a way to handling new versions?

A recent post from the Articulate team stated the numbers of random. Thus versioning published output is going to be quite challenging.
